It sits above the Madison River, Ruby Creek and Wall Creek Game Preserve, providing private access to the Madison River. To the East is the stunning Madison Mountain Range, known for the wildlife-rich Lee Metcalf Wilderness area.
The home is quite elegant with a well-equipped kitchen, a tiled island and a large gas range. The cozy living room includes a built-in fireplace. There are two dining areas, one in the kitchen area (seats 4), and a larger, slightly more secluded area that seats 10. Other fishing in the area include the Jefferson, Big Hole and Beaverhead Rivers. Wade, Cliff, Quake, Hebgen, Henry’s and Ennis Lakes are all an easy hour or less away.
The Bozeman airport is 75 miles away, an easy and scenic 1.5 hour drive.
Other fun and interesting destinations in the area include the historical Virginia and Nevada City, with daily performances by the Virginia City Players and nightly entertainment by the Virginia City Follies. Both are loved by tourists and locals alike and good for a hearty laugh or two.
